The Progress-Index PETERSBURG A Dinwiddie resident and co-owner of an auto repair business is making her first foray into politics with a run for the 63rd House of Delegates District seat that has been in Democratic hands for the past four decades. Kim Taylor, who owns Titan Auto & Tire with her husband, Butch, said Tuesday she has filed papers to run as a Republican for the seat now held by Democrat Lashrecse D. Aird.
