About Circle City Sweets:
Cindy Hawkins grew up in a baking family, baking alongside her grandmother, mother and sisters. Sugar cookies were a favorite. In 2006, she launched Circle City Sweets participating in farmer’s markets as well as taking on her first Pastry Chef position. In 2008, she moved to Chicago to attend the prestigious French Pastry School. After graduating at the top of her class, she returned to Indianapolis to expand Circle City Sweets. In 2010 she opened her first retail location at the Indianapolis City Market and continues to participate in many local farmer’s markets, provided wholesale pastries to locations such as Nordstrom, Circle City S
