In 2006, she launched Circle City Sweets participating in farmer’s markets as well as taking on her first Pastry Chef position. In 2008, she moved to Chicago to attend the prestigious French Pastry School. After graduating at the top of her class, she returned to Indianapolis to expand Circle City Sweets.
