Wahpistikwan and four others were arrested in November 2020 after six RCMP detachments teamed up to catch them. It started at about 3 p.m. on Nov. 20 when Maidstone RCMP got a call that a grey Honda was stolen from a business in Lashburn by three men wearing red - known colours worn by the street gang Westside Outlaws. The men in the Honda were seen fleeing east on Highway 16, followed closely by a small red Ford car. The Lashburn Fire Department informed Maidstone RCMP that a small red car was on fire east of Lashburn so police efforts were now focused on the grey Honda.
