The MSCI Australia Micro Cap Index is designed to measure the performance of the micro cap segment of the Australian equity market. The company will be added the Micro Cap Australian Index from 27 May 2021 as part of a quarterly rebalance.
Core Lithium Ltd (ASX:CXO) (OTCMKTS:CXOXF) announced that the company has been added to the Morgan Stanley Capital International (MSCI) Micro Cap Australia Index with effect from 27 May 2021.

2.39pm: Wall Street opens higher after ADP jobs data
The main indices on Wall Street opened on the front foot on Wednesday after the latest ADP jobs report showed a surge in private sector hiring in April, although less than analysts had expected.

S&P/ASX 200 rises for a third day in a row to near February 2020’s all-time high
Brent crude futures gained 1.48% to US$68.50 a barrel on Tuesday after climbing by 1.2% on Monday as US states eased lockdowns and Europe planned to open up to foreign tourists this summer. Cryptocurrency Ethereum hit a new all-time high of US$3,417 (A$4,400) overnight.
S&P/ASX 200 (INDEXASX:XJO) gained 49 points or 0.7% to 7,117 by around 1 pm with the benchmark index now only 80 points or 1.1% away from February 2020’s all-time high.
Improvements have been across the board with heavyweights CSL Ltd (ASX:CSL) and Commonwealth Bank (ASX:CBA) contributing most to market gains.

12.35pm: US market expected to recover
Wall Street is set to recover after Tuesday s caution as US Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen rattled the cages with talk of interest rate rises.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average, which ended off its worst levels despite Yellen s comments, is expected to open 70 points or 0.22% higher at around 34,203 while the S&P 500 is forecast to rise by 0.3%. The Nasdaq Composite, which bore the brunt of Tuesday s selling and fell 1.88% as growth stocks fell out of favour again, is set to recover by around 0.5%.
