In just two years, the Delaware Legislative Black Caucus has helped amplify concerns and issues that had often gone overlooked.
The morning of Nov. 7, 2020, marked a significant shift in the direction of the United States when the race for president was called in favor of former Vice President and Delaware U.S. Senator Joe Biden.
In homes across the state and the nation, that shift was marked by a deep sigh weighted with the feeling that a new day had dawned. It was certainly that way in the home of state Rep. Melissa Minor-Brown (D-17), where she says conversations after the 2016 election had immediately turned to the challenges they, as a Black family, would likely face over the next four years.

Joe Biden has called for “unity” and “healing”. And nobody knows as much about healing as Joe whose wife has a doctorate in education from the university that hosts his Biden Institute and the Beau Biden Foundation which was charging $3K for lessons on preventing online child sex grooming even as Hunter’s laptop with the Foundation’s sticker allegedly showed him doing it. Except maybe Joe’s brother who took out $650,000 in personal loans from a company that bankrupted local hospitals while trading on his brother’s name and connections to his campaign.

Bombshell. The walls are closing in. Impeachment.
Politico is reporting that the Biden Institute at the University of Delaware is refused to disclose all of its donors now that President Joe Biden has been sworn in.
Much like the Clinton Foundation, the website is noting that the organization “could attract donations from those interested in currying favor with the Biden administration.” This was amplified when the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement received $20 million in anonymous Chinese contributions.
Not only is Tony Blinken, the managing director of the center, joining the Biden administration, but so are 28 people with ties to Biden non-profits and academic institutions.
President Biden was joined by his family including his son Hunter, who is under investigation by the Justice Department at a White House prayer service Thursday, a day after being sworn into office.
