  Photo by Ally Mills, Ojai Valley News  A vegetation fire broke out on Casitas Pass near De la Garrigue Road and north of Baldwin Road at 4:31 p.m.  As of 4:52 p.m., the fire was less than a quarter acre and consists of light grass extending into brush.  Currently, there is no structural threat but power lines have been impacted. The current wind is estimated between three and five miles per hour.  Air tankers are currently on hold as progress is being made. A current checkpoint is set for Baldwin and De la Garrigue road.  As of 5:13 p.m., forward progress has been stopped and Fire Fighters will soon be leaving the area.
