BEL AIR, MD Police said a driver was charged with DUI and speeding after causing a six-car crash in Bel Air Saturday night.
Victoria Jett, 53, did not slow down despite traffic that had slowed down or stopped in the 400 block of Baltimore Pike around 6 p.m., according to authorities.
As a result, officials said Jett s vehicle hit the back of the car in front of her, causing a chain-reaction crash.
