Sweden named host of 2024 Men’s Floorball World Championships Wednesday, 24 February 2021 Sweden has been named as host of the 2024 Men’s Floorball World Championships after being selected over Singapore. The International Floorball Federation (IFF) Central Board decided on the World Championship host at their latest meeting. An evaluation of the bids was conducted by a 12-member panel, compromising representatives from the IFF Executive Committee, IFF Rules and Competition Committee and the IFF office. The Evaluation Committee found the bids were even, with the IFF Central Board opting for Sweden due to the potential for a larger financial impact amid the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic.
