The third season opens in Kraft’s house Gillette Stadium, where among storylines will be Chris Hogan’s pro lacrosse debut for the Boston Cannons. The league had its inaugural weekend in Gillette in 2019.
According to Bloomberg, Joe Tsai also participated in the round of investment, as did private equity firm Arctos Sports Partners. The National Lacrosse League recently confirmed that Tsai will be an owner of an expansion Las Vegas franchise.
Mike Rabil told Bloomberg the valuation increased from previous rounds. Bloomberg also said, “The PLL expects revenue to double this year compared with its inaugural season in 2019, and the goal is to be profitable by 2024.”
