Locally, the largest increase is in Dickinson County with 13 new cases followed by seven in Kossuth County, five new cases in Cherokee and O’Brien Counties, four in Osceola, three in Buena Vista and Palo Alto Counties, two in Pocahontas and no change in Clay and Emmet Counties.
