PASCO COUNTY, Fla. â A Florida Department of Children and Families employee has been arrested and charged for sexually abusing a teen and also enticing her husband to rape the victim over the course of several years.
Sarah Frances Adams, a 34-year-old administrative assistant with DCF, was arrested Tuesday, March 2, according to a Pasco County Sheriff s Office arrest affidavit.
According to the affidavit, during a previous investigation, the victim told deputies they were being sexually abused by Adam s husband.

HARTSVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) â A Trousdale County man has been arrested on charges of rape and sexual battery following an investigation by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI).
According to the TBI, the investigation began on Wednesday, after allegations of inappropriate sexual contact were made.
During the investigation, it was learned that Jonathan Harper, 35, of Hartsville was responsible for an incident that involved sexual contact with a minor female.
On Friday, Harper was arrested and charged with one count of rape and one count of sexual battery by an authority figure. Harper was booked into jail on a bond of $100,000.

The victim in a domestic abuse case shot her alleged abuser, and now that he s out of the hospital he s been booked into jail.
Acadia Parish Sheriff s deputies booked Brandon S. Hebert, 32 of Crowley with two counts of Domestic Abuse, one count of Sexual Battery, one count of Aggravated Domestic Abuse, one count of Second Degree Domestic Abuse Battery, 16 counts of Domestic Abuse Battery with Child Endangerment and one count of Attempted Second Degree Murder.
On February 19, 2021, deputies were called to a home in the 2400 block of South Ave F just south of Crowley. The report was of a shooting related to a domestic matter.
The officer replied, "that it is not consensual while you are holding a weapon and telling the person that you will kill yourself if they don t have sex with you."
