Bluewater Health opened the doors to its new temporary phase two residential withdrawal management facility, known as Ryanâs House, on Jan. 22.
Formally known as the Residential Withdrawal Management Stabilization and Transition Facility, the facility will be called Ryanâs House in memory of Ryan Hicks, a 25 year-old Sarnia native who died from a fentanyl overdose in March 2015.
