Police reports 020921

Man arrested for cooking cocaine, human trafficking A Toledo man was arrested and is facing charges of possession with intent to manufacture crack cocaine, human trafficking and domestic violence in connection with recent incidents happening at a motel in Bedford Township. The suspect was taken into custody at the motel off S. Telegraph Rd. about 9 a.m. Sunday after a woman complained the man struck her on the left side of her head with a closed fist. Deputies searched the motel room he was staying in and where he allegedly was “cooking” cocaine on an oven and selling it. They found and kept as evidence three crack pipes, a digital scale and several baggies containing a white residue that was later tested and found to be crack cocaine. The woman alleged the man was using her and she was being “sold” at the motel for money, a deputy’s report said.
