(Plain Dealer file) Facebook Share COLUMBUS, Ohio - The Ohio Liquor Control Commission has revoked the alcohol permit of Barley House, effective March 24, it announced Wednesday in a summary of recent bar and restaurant decisions. Barley House is accused of violating state laws and public health orders four times, including one going back to December 2019. Last week, the liquor commission held hearings on the allegations against the West 6th Street bar and other establishments from across Ohio. For Barley House, the fines and sanctions got more harsh with each incident before the commission, culminating with an incident that took place Nov. 14 that resulted in the loss of the permit.
