Santa and Mrs. Claus are busy at the North Pole, preparing to deliver gifts to people all over the world on Christmas Eve. If thereâs one gift he could give everyone, Santa said, âIâd like to give everyone health and happiness in the new year.â

We know he’s busy, but we’re grateful that Santa Claus once again has carved out time for the Mirror to do his annual Q&A with Kristy MacKaben, in hopes of putting some brightness into an otherwise dismal year.

CASPER STOCKHAM HAS A PLAN FOR REPUBLICANS You guys know Casper for his attempts to unseat Democratic members of Congress. He s been very frustrated with some stuff in the GOP and has a plan to fix it. He s launching American First Republicans in order to help candidates learn how to win races. From the press release:

Parents and children stood on the sidewalk in near darkness, waiting for their turn to walk onto Ernest Spradling’s front yard. Two bales of hay sat bathed in white Christmas lights that illuminated the area. There behind the bales stood the center of attention.
