Dudley Magistrates Court. Martin Wells of Sangwin Road pleaded guilty to carrying a knuckle duster on March 1. The 45-year-old was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £128 and £185 in costs. A man from Sedgley has pleaded guilty to drink driving. James Garbett of Northway drove a Silver Toyota on Northway, Sedgley before a blood test showed he had consumed 193 milligrams of alcohol over the legal limit. The 43-year-old was given a curfew with electronic monitoring for six weeks and disqualified from driving for two years. Garbett was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £95 and £135 in costs.
