Bradley Walsh and his son Barney are back for a new six-part series of their hit ITV show ‘Bradley & Barney Walsh: Breaking Dad‘.
The series follows the duo across Europe the father and son duo return for a brand-new six-part series of the hit show.
Bradley usually spends his holidays on the same old golden beaches of Portugal, so Barney wants to show him exactly what the rest of Europe has to offer, starting in The Netherlands and taking in Germany, Switzerland and Slovenia before finishing in Italy.
As always, Barney will be pushing his dad to the limits with more thrill-seeking activities like ski-jumping, paragliding and even a bungee jump. They’ll also immerse themselves in the local culture, enjoying everything from Swiss yodeling to Bavarian finger wrestling.
His dad Bradley added: Hope you had a lovely Christmas Day considering the tough times we are in at the mo. I only hope that next year brings you health and happiness. One thing next year will bring is a new series of Breaking Dad with me and Barns and hopefully, this will go some way to bring you laughs and cheer. On The Jonathan Ross Christmas Show tonight, Bradley discusses filming with son Barney but also why thoughts of his own mortality have hit home.
During filming for the last series, the duo went to a rodeo and ended up on a bull.
But Bradley came off and hit the floor “like a sack of potatoes” and broke his back in three places.
“Two days after - I promised his mum I’d look after him on the tour - I’m trying to climb an ice mountain,” he said.

In the series, the father and son duo travel around the world taking on all sorts of terrifying and hilarious challenges, from skydiving to diving with sharks.
Luckily, the pair are extremely close in real life, and Barney has previously called his dad his best friend . Aw!

While promoting the first series of the show, which came out in 2019, Bradley explained on
This Morning that not only are they friends, that he is also directed by his son!
He said: He has always been my son, and you always take care of them. But then all of a sudden he becomes your equal and a work colleague, and a mate, and someone you respect. Now I look up to him.
