Long history of crashes on M-14 bridge prompt Ann Arbor officials to take action

ANN ARBOR, MI – Ann Arbor officials concerned about the number of crashes on the M-14 bridge over the Huron River are asking the state to do something about it.
The freeway is frequently closed when it rains not due to any flood-related concerns, but because of public safety and environmental concerns. Spilled fuel and other pollutants from the numerous crashes on the troublesome stretch of road can easily find their way into the river below, officials say.

Monday, April 19
11:50 a.m.: A downed tree was reported at Wheeler and Great roads.
5:33 p.m.: A loose dog was reported on Packard Road. The dog and owner were reunited.
7:26 p.m.: Two French bulldog/Boston terrier puppies were reported loose on Francis Circle.
Tuesday, April 20
1:03 p.m.: A sick or injured turkey was reported on Treaty Elm Lane.

Aston Hannis, Charlie Statham, Paul White and Corin Barlow FRIENDS who lured a drugs supplier to a rural layby and then shot him at point-blank range were jailed for a total of 95 years. Gurinderjit Rai, 41, was shot in the head and neck by sawn-off Beretta 12-bore shotgun in Shepherds Farm Lane, Corhampton, on July 12, 2019. He was found the following day by two horseriders.
