Fugitive Sandesaras of Sterling Biotech Continue To Do Business with Indian Oil PSUs Moneylife Digital Team  1 In one more shocking twist to the controversial goings-on at major corporate defaulter Sterling group, it has been revealed that the fugitive Sandesara family is not only dictating terms to Indian public sector banks (PSBs) but has also continued to do business with the State-run oil companies.   According to whistle-blower Captain Sukhpal Singh, while the Sandesaras have been declared fugitives by the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) court in September 2020, Indian Oil Corp Ltd (IOC) is importing oil from Sterling Oil Exploration & Energy Production Company Ltd (SEEPCO) from Nigeria, a group company of the Sandesaras. 

IFFCO Bazar sales cross 1 million metric tonnes; MD upbeat

While in the first month of the new year all the IFFCO’s plants did well, it was IFFCO Bazar, one of the subsidiaries of the fertilizer cooperative which surpassed the sale of 1 million metric tonnes of fertilizer for the first time in its history. This is 17 percent higher than what it achieved in the same period last year, said IFFCO sources. The news was shared by IFFCO MD Dr U S Awasthi through his twitter wall congratulating the IFFCO’s Marketing Head Yogendra Kumar and his team for doing a wonderful job. The IFFCO Bazar is a one stop shop catering to the farmers’ requirements of fertilizers, seeds, agro chemicals, pesticides and agricultural tools etc.
