MTSU Board of Trustees approves three new bachelor s degree programs

All three degree programs currently exist as academic concentrations. The Supply Chain Management concentration that is currently available as a bachelor’s of business administration in management will become a free-standing degree with a major in supply chain management. Media Management and Photography will be offered as bachelor’s of science degrees rather than bachelor’s of science degrees in Media and Entertainment. All of the new degree offerings will become available this summer. The board also approved a request to start the process of creating a master’s of fine arts degree for independent film and television. The program will have three concentration tracks: documentary, creative producing and live event TV.
