>Published: 8/3/2021 3:57:55 PM Greenfield Resident survey for town offerings Next month, Greenfield residents will have a chance to sound off about what recreational opportunities they’d like to see in town in a forthcoming survey. “We’re doing the survey to see if, one, the community is interested in having a Rec Department, and two, if they are, what kinds of things would they want to have in town,” organizer Kayla Kokal said, envisioning programming for both children and adults. Kokal is a nurse practitioner and mother of three young children. “Right now, if we do any activities, we’re traveling to do things,” she said. Kokal recently approached the Select Board to see about reestablishing in-town recreation programming, and gained their support in polling the community.
