CAMDEN - At a country music jam held recently during an open house at the Southern Hillsdale County Community Center, a surprise donation was made.
Curley’s Country Grass Band surprised Friends of Lake Diane with a donation to help with finishing the interior of the newly-constructed center. Band members Brad Sinclair, Bob Pitzen, Keith Hancock, Leroy Bayliss and Bob Leidigh presented a $1,000 check to the project.
Other band members involved with the band include Bucky Lord, Kerry Vonalt, Tom Pristas, Mark Kunesh, Emma and Josh Kwiatkowski and Bob McKee. The band regularly donates proceeds to non-profits in the community.
