Sounds of winter Storm preparation filled the air today as road crews are racing to get ready ahead of Sunday s anticipated winter storm. One of the busiest men in Benton County is road assessment specialist Bob Doe, who tells me there s no playbook for how to tackle winter storms. Now every storm is a learning experience. I mean, one storm is not the same as the other one. I mean, everything is different. You just learn as you learn as you go.
