There was a big drama on the streets of Kenema last week when a supporter of the ruling Sierra Leone People’s Party ( SLPP ), clad in party colors and big , green hat and speaking through a megaphone, went around complaining against President Maada Bio and First Lady, Fatima Bio.
The man who described himself as Maada Salia Kanneh and said he was an ardent SLPP supporter claimed that he helped President Bio gain power in what many people said was through occult and fetish means because the man said that the president and wife have violated an oath. .
Mr. Kanneh went on to say that if Bio and wife did not go back to make ammends, it would affect the country seriously. He stated that he would not go into details but if people enquired from the Bios, they will tell them what happened.
