Speaking in the Assembly, First Minister Arlene Foster said: We have looked at the different risks and different settings. We have received advice from our Chief Medical Officer and remain grateful to them as ever. Our decisions today are aimed at lifting restrictions where we can. We know it will be disappointing to some. We remain driven by data and not dates. Steps will be kept under review.

Lord Mayor Lays Wreaths To Remember Lost Lives In Blitz The Lord Mayor of Belfast and trustees of the Northern Ireland War Memorial have placed wreaths on two mass graves in Belfast s City Cemetery and Milltown Cemetery to remember those who lost their lives in the Blitz.
The commemoration took place on the 80th anniversary of the Easter Tuesday air raid, one of four air raids on Belfast in April and May 1941.
A piper from Campbell College, Matthew Wilson, performed Abide with Me at the graveside commemoration., followed by two minutes of silence.
Speaking at the commemoration, Lord Mayor Alderman Frank McCoubrey reflected on the lives lost, and the lives forever changed by the devastating raids.
