After pausing for the pandemic, the California Mid-State Fair is back this summer, but organizers have to stay on their toes and keep up with changing guidelines, especially when it comes to planning the concerts.
Applications now being accepted for all local genres of music
PASO ROBLES – The Paso Robles Event Center announced on Monday, May 10, that the 2021 California Mid-State Fair is happening as scheduled.
The theme for this year’s Fair is
“Can’t Wait To See You!” and planning is now in full force. The Mid-Sate Fair is looking to book singers and bands who wish to perform at the 2021 California Mid-State Fair. The Fair features multiple stages and is currently accepting applications for music acts in any genre, but primarily country, rock, pop, and soul.

The California Mid-State Fair will be held in-person this year from July 21 to August 1.
After it was canceled last year because of the COVID-19 pandemic, organizers say it ll be back this summer with the usual exhibits, live performances, carnival rides, food, and more.
Fair officials say the event will follow all state and local health regulations regarding COVID-19, and that means some attractions may need to limit capacity.
Tickets will go on sale in early June exclusively online at www.MidStateFair.com. The Box Office will not be open at this time.

The 75th edition of the fair will be held at the Paso Robles Event Center Wednesday, July 21 through Sunday, August 1.
Fair organizers said the event, which brings thousands of visitors to the Central Coast, will follow all COVID-19 regulations and safety precautions. The fair could also see limited capacity depending on local guidelines, organizers said.
