Brownwood’s Lyric Theatre recently revealed the schedule of general productions for the 2021 calendar year, with more plans for the coming year expected to be released in the not too distant future.
“We are proposing the full season of performed shows, and what we’ve put out to this point is what our general shows are,” Lyric Theatre Executive Director Eric Evans said. “In addition to that, there’s a slate of kids shows and our summer stuff. We’re also going to be offering movies this year and we’re trying to determine how that looks.”
Evans further elaborated on the addition of movies.

Alongside her band, and with musical direction by Drew Wutke, Sledge will perform both inspirational and traditional holiday songs including âIâll Be Home for Christmas,â âJoy to the World,â âEmanuel,â âRise and Shineâ and more.
