After TikTok, Hareem Shah all set for acting debut
Social media sensation to star in a web-series
Pakistani TikTok star Hareem Shah made headlines last year when she stirred up a storm with some of her videos. Touted as one of the most famous TikTokers of the country, Hareem is now going to step into the field of acting.
According to
Express PK, the internet sensation will appear in Pakistan s first OTT platform (streaming website) UrduFlix s web series. A photo was shared from Urduflix s Instagram account with Hareem signing the project yesterday. It was announced that One of Pakistan’s renowned TikTok star Hareem Shah is all set to jump into the acting world with a web series on Pakistan’s first Urdu OTT platform!
What stood out most this year were the city rivalries that have been trending.
There are some things on Pakistani TikTok that are only meant to be seen and not understood, like Land Cruisers with bull’s horns attached to the bonnet. Or gold-plated iPhones with Arabic inscriptions. Or dining rooms with purple tables and strobe lights on the ceiling.
Other things are readily understood but were rarely seen, at least before this digital avenue came along: people on the fringes economically, socially, largely excluded from mainstream echo chambers. Working-class people, queer people, men who dress as women, women who dress as men and professional bodybuilders who scarcely dress at all. People with hundreds of thousands, and often millions, of followers.

TikTok stars seem to have taken over the world – many have spoken against them on several different occasions, but that did not stop the artists from being creative in their own way. And we’re going to come clean and say… we have a lot to criticize them on, but that’s not what this article is about. Fans of the Pakistani TikTok stars are taking style inspirations from these social media icons, so we did a little research and compiled a list of all the TikTok stars whose fashion game is on-point!
