Trump impeachment: Why the U S Senate hearing matters in Pa

The historic second impeachment trial of former President Donald Trump begins Tuesday in the U.S. Senate, and its outcome and consequences could reverberate for years throughout Pennsylvania. Should a bill that passes the House or the Senate automatically get a vote in the other chamber?
