Its secretary general Wennie Sancho said Power Watch Negros will highlight the issue of continuing power rate increases by electric cooperatives particularly the Central Negros Electric Cooperative (Ceneco). Sancho said government agencies on the national level had already intimated that due to the thinning power supply, increases in electric power rate is inevitable.
