“The Calibri Queen’s visit to the shrines of Zulfikar Ali Bhutto and Benazir Bhutto is merely for political interests which demonstrates her rejection of anti-Bhutto stance maintained by her father and uncle,” Special Assistant to Punjab Chief Minister on Information Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan said on Sunday while lampooning Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PMLN) Leader Maryam Nawaz.
She further said that after the failure of Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Punjab, Maryam is now begging support from the people of Sindh.
SIALKOT: Special Assistant to Chief Minister on Information and Broadcasting Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan says time has proved that the decision of not giving NRO to the thieves, plunderers and corrupt leaders was the right one by Prime Minister Imran Khan.
The positive impacts of this decision of not giving any NRO are now appearing in the shape of national political stability and helpful in purging Pakistan of corruption and corrupt leaders.
She was speaking to newsmen after distributing clothes and sweets among the poor and deserving people at the Old Age Home here on Sunday.
The people of Sindh, she said, would bury the politics of confrontation by the opposition as politically mature people of Punjab had already rejected the PDM’s nefarious designs. She also berated the PPP and said the PDM had nothing to do but protect corruption.
