Kathy Cook, left, Kristen Jacobson and Donna Storms in a 2015 Phoenix Stage Company production of ‘Mama Won’t Fly.’ Storms died July 9 from complications due to COVID-19. Donna was a wonderful comedic actress, a talented director and a longtime volunteer. Donna was born in Buffalo, N.Y., and she grew up in the town of Tonawanda. She attended college at State University of New York at Geneseo and earned a degree in speech and hearing therapy.
