Veronica Tierza Dust and Roseen Lincoln Old Crow, both 34, appeared in Big Horn County District Court on Tuesday for arraignment. Each faces a misdemeanor charge of endangering the welfare of a child. Their arrests stem from the disappearance of Mildred Old Crow who was last seen in March of 2019. A Missing Endangered Person Advisory was issued for her on Nov. 25, 2020.

Lead organizer Nicholas O Carroll said 453 families are receiving Christmas hampers more than 100 over last year s total. Those families include 933 children receiving gifts, over 200 more than last year, said O Carroll. Volunteers are now in the midst of delivering those hampers in Whitehorse and 10 other communities across the territory. That s also an all-time high, he said.
