The Napier Public Library s temporary home is set to reopen next week, after more than three months closed for urgent sprinkler system repairs and other work to museum and theatre complex the MTG building.
The MTG, on the corner of Marine Parade and Tennyson St, has been home to the books since February 2018, two months after the closure of the Napier City Library and the Civic Buildings because of failed earthquake risk assessments.

By May 1, all healthy Oregonians 16 and older will get the official OK to get their shots. Thatâll amount to about 3.4 million people, or more than 80% of the population.

GREENSBURG A ruptured water main near the old water treatment plant in the 1100 block of N. Ireland Street prompted local officials to issue a Boil Water Advisory late Monday morning.
The main break took place at approximately 9:30 a.m. and the advisory was issued about an hour later.
The problem resulted in Greensburg and North Decatur schools being dismissed at 1 p.m., and several local factories and businesses also had no choice but to send people home early.
