Paul Davies was accused of drinking alcohol with former Welsh Government minister Alun Davies, Tory chief whip Darren Millar and the party s chief of staff Paul Smith in a licensed tearoom.

They were served drinks in Ty Hywel building which adjoins the Senedd
Conservative Nick Ramsay was also in building but his solicitor said he was not involved in any gathering
On December 4, pubs, bars and restaurants were banned from serving alcohol
