Smyrna Resident and Tennessee State Representative Honored with Conservative Achievement Award Jul 16, 2021 at 02:56 pm by WGNS The American Conservative Union (ACU), the nation s oldest and largest grassroots conservative organization, announced State Representative Mike Sparks (R-Smyrna) is among several legislators recently honored with the Conservative Union s prestigious Conservative Achievement award. The award is only presented to members of the Tennessee General Assembly who scored at least 80% on the ACU Tennessee 2020 State Legislative Rating and who most consistently voted with the ideals articulated in the Tennessee Constitution and U.S. Constitution.
