SALEM Salem Super Cruise planner Gene Johnson announced confirmation of a few more events for the June 10-13 schedule, including bike nights at the Eagles, car shows at Donnell and the WKBN car care show at Diehl.
“I think we’re in pretty good shape,” he said during a recent meeting with Mick Orosz, who handles concessions, and city Service/Safety Director Joe Cappuzzello.
As of right now, the intent is to prepare for the Salem Super Cruise with the hope that it’s going to happen, dependent on the governor and Ohio Department of Health.
Plans call for both a judged bike show and a bike night on Friday and a bike night on Saturday, both at the Salem Eagles club on North Ellsworth Avenue. Johnson said club members are handling all the arrangements and will take care of food and music.
