Air traffic surges to pre-pandemic levels in Provo and Moab, while Salt Lake City remains low

In Utah, passenger traffic at Provo Municipal Airport is down 2% compared with last year, while Salt Lake City International, an hour away, is still down 40%.
“We seem to have been filling up when everybody else isn’t,” said Steve Gleason, executive director of Provo’s airport.
