MARTIN, Tenn. â Katriana Maslin of Garrett has received Highest Honors recognition on the Chancellorâs Honor Roll at the University of Tennessee at Martin.
To be eligible for the Chancellorâs Honor Roll, a student must take at least 12 hours of credit (pass-fail courses are not included) and achieve a 3.2 (B) grade-point average based on a 4.0 scale.
Students can make the Chancellorâs Honor Roll with honors (3.2 through 3.49 GPA), high honors (3.5 through 3.79) or highest honors (3.8 through 4.0).
UT Martin is a comprehensive regional institution in the University of Tennessee System offering 18 bachelorâs degree programs and five masterâs degree programs. The main campus in northwest Tennessee is one of four primary UT campuses.

If all goes well, a new downtown Knoxville, Tenn., baseball park could begin construction next fall, said Tennessee Smokies owner Randy Boyd. The Smokies are a minor-league, Class AA franchise in the Southern League.
The $65 million stadium would be the anchor for a proposed $142 million mixed-use development in Knoxville s Old City area, according to Boyd. A ballpark for the Smokies would be the economic fuel driving the mixed-use development featuring 630,000 sq. ft. of residential, restaurants and retail in the baseball facility s vicinity.
