Seth Adu-Baah appointed as the new CEO for Coastal Bottlers
Coastal Bottlers has appointed Seth Adu-Baah as the new CEO, to be based in Mombasa.
In his new role, Seth will be responsible for leading Coastal Bottlers operations to focus on the growth and expansion of the Coca-Cola Company’s business in the coastal region. The region covers the six counties of Kilifi, Mombasa, Kwale, Lamu, Taita-Taveta and Tana River.
“Along with a proven track record of turning around and optimizing organizations due to his visionary and solution-focused mindset, strong financial competences and customer centrism, Adu-Baah creates an employee culture of positivity to drive transformational growth,” said Sachit Raja-Shah, a Board Member, Coastal Bottlers.
Mr. Casely Ato Coleman, the Senior Global Human Resource Practitioner, has challenged Ghanaian employers to appreciate employees through investment in their engagement initiatives to respond to their needs.
That, he said, would go a long way to drive organisational excellence.
Mr Ato Coleman, also a Visiting Professor of Human Resource (HR) at the Senegal Institute Superieur De Management, said that was a key enabler to demonstrating employee appreciation.
Mr Coleman said this in an interview with the Ghana News Agency (GNA) ahead of the International Employee Appreciation Day, which falls on the first Friday of March.
The Day focuses on employees in all sectors of the economy with activities to recognise and celebrate them.

The Graphic Communications Group Ltd (GCGL) has appointed four persons to various positions to strengthen the company’s mandate as the dominant media group in the country.
Mr Samuel Essel has joined the company as the Director of Finance to replace Mr Kwabena Baah-Adade, who retired late last year.
Mr Theophilus Yartey, who is the Editor of the Graphic Business, one of the publications within the group, has been appointed Deputy Editor of the flagship Daily Graphic, with additional responsibility over the Graphic Business.
Also, Ms Doreen Hammond has been appointed Editor of The Mirror, while Ms Kate Baaba Hudson has been appointed Editor of the Junior Graphic.
