As Financial Action Task Force (FATF) prepares to decide Pakistan’s fate, exiled dissidents from Pakistan, Tibet and Hong Kong gathered outside the headquarters of the financial watchdog in Paris on Saturday urging it to blacklist Pakistan and deliver on its mandate of stopping terror financing and sponsoring from Pakistan.
The members of the FATF are meeting from February 22-25 to review Pakistan’s status, which is already on the grey list of the global anti-money laundering and terror financing watchdog.

Paris [France] February 20 (ANI): Exiled dissidents from Pakistan, Tibet and Hong Kong gathered outside the headquarters of the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) in Paris on Saturday urging the international monitoring body to blacklist Pakistan and deliver on its mandate of stopping terror financing and sponsoring from Pakistan.
The members of the FATF are meeting from February 22-25 to decide the fate of Pakistan, which is already on the grey list of the global anti-money laundering and terror financing watchdog.

Toronto: The Baloch Voice Association has said it will demonstrate outside Canadian Embassy in Paris on Jan 4 over the death of activist Karima Baloch last month.
Several protests are taking place in different corners of the world over the mysterious death of the activist in Canada.
The association said the protest will be held to urge Canadian authorities to conduct a fair investigation into the death of Karima and to seek justice for her family, reports ANI.
Renowned activist Karima Baloch, who was vocal about Pakistan Army and government atrocities in Balochistan, was found dead in Canada s Toronto city.
