A wave of new residents during the past six months has increased property demand, with Coast firm Cube Developments close to selling out three of its apartment projects. Beach Life, a $70 million new apartment building near Alexandra Headland Beach, has had 30 per cent of its stock snapped up by interstate buyers. Apartments at two other projects, Allura Coolum and One Prosperity have all sold. Emergency services attend Coast smash

Premium Content Subscriber only Firefighters and paramedics are responding to a single vehicle crash along the Sunshine Motorway near Bli Bli. A Queensland Ambulance spokesman said one occupant was in the car at the time of the crash. The spokesman said the car had minor damage and the patient was not taken to hospital.
