Jack Brown indecently touched the victim during an incident in Warrington in December 2018, ‘targeting him in a vulnerable state’ after he had passed out due to alcohol consumption. The 33-year-old, from Warrington but now of Birmingham, admitted sexual assault three days into a trial at Liverpool Crown Court shortly after the man he had attacked had given evidence as a witness.
