Police on Saturday released a surveillance image of the woman, wearing a grey hoodie, who they believe spoke to the suspect before victim Dashan Carver was gunned down on Nov. 17.
The unidentified victim, believed to be in his 40s, was sprawled out on the side of the expressway just past the Alexander Hamilton Bridge at Amsterdam Ave. in Washington Heights around 8:50 p.m. Friday, cops said.
