Burton’s Biscuit Co will add 13 jobs to its 153-strong workforce at its Stalbridge bakery The company says the recruitment drive will enable the site to meet rapidly-growing levels of demand for the bakery’s Thomas Fudge’s handmade premium products. The Thomas Fudge s product range, made at the bakery on Pinesway Business Park, Station Road, includes flapjacks, florentines and a range of sweet and savoury biscuits. Burtonâs Biscuit Co. has given its Dorset-based bakery brand, Thomas Fudgeâs, a makeover.
The new look, rolling out across its sweet and savoury portfolio, aims to elevate the premium position of the brand and highlights its artisan âcrafted in Dorsetâ heritage.
Kate Needham, Burtonâs Biscuit Co Marketing Director, said the new look Thomas Fudgeâs would help to drive the brandâs visibility instore.
âThe premium sector is one of the fastest-growing in the biscuit category as rising numbers of consumers are seeking indulgence delivered by provenance, high-quality ingredients and engaging textures.
