Subscriber only ARDENT Leisure has unveiled a $75 million plan for a new hotel and tourist park - Dreamworld Resort. In an announcement to the ASX this morning, the theme parks operator said it had appointed accommodation developer Evolution Group to fund and build an accommodation precinct on part of the surplus land owned by Ardent next to the Dreamworld park. The accommodation offering will include a 4-star 250 room resort-style hotel, 40 bungalows and a 5-star tourist park with 100 powered sites.

Dreamworld could soon have a $75 million resort and tourist park across the road in Coomera.
The company entered a non-binding agreement on Wednesday with accommodation developer Evolution Group to fund and build the resort on the land owned by the theme park’s parent company Ardent Leisure.
An agreement to turn a Dreamworld Resort into reality has been announced.

The hotel would include 240 four-star rooms, 40 bungalows and a five-star tourist park with 100 powered sites and restaurants, conference facilities, pools and a gymnasium.
