MGB-6 breaks ground for own office building

ILOILO CITY, May 10 (PIA) - The Mines and Geosciences Bureau (MGB) Regional Office 6 will soon have its own office building.
MGB-6 OIC-ORD Raul A. Laput spearheaded the recent groundbreaking ceremony for the edifice to be constructed at Brgy. San Pedro, Molo, Iloilo City starting this year.
The event started with a prayer by Rev. Fr. Alex Apalit who also officiated the blessing of the site and the construction project.
Laput was joined at the ceremony by Iloilo City Councilor Allan Zaldivar representing Mayor Jerry Trenas, Department of Public Works and Highways Regional Director Lea Delfinado, Engr. Maria Lucila Pinero, chief of DPWH-6 Maintenance Division, project management and staff of KRJ Construction, DENR-6 Regional Executive Director Francisco Milla, EMB-6 Regional Director Atty. Ramar Niel Pascua, and Regional Division Chiefs and support staff of MGB-6.
