I ve Done This Every Morning For 2 Months, and It s Saved My Mental Health 57 Shares I ve worked from home, alone, for over 14 years, so when COVID-19 caused schools to close at the end of March, and my husband had to stop going to the office, I no longer had the alone time I needed.
