Chicago police have issued an alert about three recent armed robberies in Northwest Side neighborhoods, including one where the victim was shot.
In each incident, someone was approached by up to three people described only as males who flashed a gun and demanded their property, Chicago police said in the community alert.
In one incident, the victim refused to comply and was shot.
The men were seen fleeing in a light blue 1992 Toyota Camry with an Illinois plate BG91347 or an older model white Ford Explorer, police said.
The robberies happened:
About 6:55 p.m. April 22 in the 3700 block of North Belden Avenue; and

CHICAGO - Two homes were burglarized in April on the Northwest Side.
In each incident someone forced open the front door of a residence and searched for valuables before fleeing in a white newer model Volkswagen Passat, Chicago police said.
The burglaries happened between noon and 1:30 p.m. April 24 in the 7600 block of West Talcott Avenue and about 4:40 p.m. April 25 in the 6200 block of North Lemont Avenue, police said.

Chicago police are seeking a man in connection to a string of business robberies in Albany Park on the Northwest Side.
In each incident, the man entered a business and demanded money at gunpoint from the cash register, Chicago police said.
The roberries happened:
April 20 in the 4100 block of West Lawrence Avenue; and
April 23 in the 4900 block of North Pulaski Road.
The suspect is between 20 to 40 years old and about 5-foot-7 to6-foot-1, police said.
