Notice of General Meeting Vast Resources plc, the AIM listed mining company, is pleased to announce that a General Meeting of the Company will be held at 11.00 a.m. on Wednesday 5 May 2021. The purpose of the meeting will be to effect a reorganisation of the Company’s share capital.
